Fall leaves, polar bears and auroras

This year’s trip started in Boston, then through the White Mountains and north into Canada to see the fall leaves and other sights.

The leaves showed great colour as can be seen in the images below from New Hampshire and Maine.

We continued into New Brunswick and Halifax before heading west to Quebec City, Montreal and Chicago.

We were fortunate to see the Chihuly glass exhibition in Montreal
Chicago from the Architecture Cruise

Then, via Winipeg and Churchill, we arrived at Churchill Wild’s remote Seal River Lodge to walk on the ice with polar bears moving towards the coast as winter approached.
